Support Services


There will be weekly meetings between Inclusion Worker and Resident with individual support plans being updated in support sessions and where any concerns can be discussed and goals identified. 

Clients are encouraged to access Voluntary Agencies and education providers which will assist in their wellbeing and meaningful use of time.  Staff will assist in the completion of all the necessary Housing Benefit Forms and Welfare Benefit applications.  Appropriate employment providers will also be identified in order to access employment opportunities.

All Housing Inclusion Workers will provide support to residents whilst on duty.  Support will be tailored to the Residents needs based on their aims and aspirations.
