Supported Housing

Stafford and Cannock League of Hospital Friends are committed to reducing homelessness and social disadvantage through its provision of specialist housing services primarily with those who suffer from mental illness.  The League of Friends has been providing supported housing since 1974.

We are committed to providing services through individually tailored support plans for each resident within a framework of the recovery model, equal opportunities, diversity, anti-discrimination and respect.

Our staff work within a multi-disciplinary team and work in partnership with statutory services in particular: Social Services, Primary Care Trusts, the National Health Service, Probation Service, Medical Practitioners and Social Housing providers to assist in the successful resettlement and rehabilitation of those using our service.
